Never been to a four-star hotel without a dressing table, impressive.

Every detail was lovely, including staff and location, I appreciated how fairly clean the hotel was. The restaurant was good in the lobby here, I had hot dishes. The clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and bath robes. The total experience was comfortable, I recommend.

Breakfast on the 2nd floor was crowded and cramped. the lift lobby area on level 9 had a strong unpleasant smell.

Check in was quick, hotel was enchanting, locations was perfect in a very central part of the city. I booked non-smoking and compact room with the executive lounge's breakfast as well as amazing views.

I recently stayed at Novotel on Siam Square for shopping purposes. The location was super convenient, with Siam Paragon and MKB Mall just a short walk away. The staff at the door and reception were friendly and helpful, especially when I had a missing screw on one of my crutches. They quickly contacted the maintenance department to fix it. The room was cozy with plenty of extra space, and the hotel's excellent location made it perfect for shopping.

Convenient hotel with great food and incredible location just off Bangkok, nice restaurants and shopping, the malls. I had nicely furnished superior twin room with a nice view and a nice TV, for instance.

The hotel's convenient location near the Siam Paragon and other tourist attractions was ideal for entertaining our children, offering a wide range of activities and perfect for large groups. Additionally, the fitness center at the hotel offered engaging activity classes for the kids, like fun and energetic Thai Boxing sessions that kept them entertained.

My wife says that the hotel could enhance the children's meal options at the restaurants.

The property is fairly clean; brand-new rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, at a short distance from Co-co Walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel! The location is fantastic, just opposite Siam Paragon. The staff were polite and helpful, treating us so well during our stay. Our high floor room was peaceful and quiet, with no noise at all. The air conditioning and shower were strong, and we loved the nice body wash and shampoo provided. The room service food was great, and we enjoyed a delicious meal. we were very satisfied with our stay.
